Our Puppy Preschool program focuses on early socialization and confidence-building during the most important developmental stage of your dog’s life, while gently introducing first commands in a positive, structured environment. Designed specifically for puppies 10 to 18 weeks old, this class helps set your puppy up for success by creating positive experiences with new people, environments, and other puppies. Owners leave with the tools and understanding needed to confidently support their puppy’s growth and development at home.

I can’t say enough amazing things about our experience! We sent our three Boston Terriers for the 14-day training program, and the results were beyond anything we imagined. Before training, we struggled with obedience and pulling on walks — now, they listen, respond to commands, and walk calmly like little professionals. The transformation has been truly life-changing for both our dogs and our family.

The staff was absolutely incredible from start to finish. They treated our pups like their own, kept us updated with progress, and were always patient and encouraging. You can tell how passionate they are about what they do — their love for dogs shines through in every interaction.

We’ve done other training before, but nothing compares to the level of care, communication, and results we experienced here. We had a wonderful experience with ChicagoLand Dog Training in McHenry, IL! They worked with both of our pups and did an incredible job. Throughout the training process, our dogs learned a wide range of basic obedience commands and began building confidence and independence.

The team was knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer any questions we had along the way. They also gave us the tools and guidance we needed as puppy parents, which made a huge difference in how we approached training at home.

It was truly a positive experience from start to finish. We highly recommend ChicagoLand Dog Training to anyone looking for professional, effective, and compassionate training for their dogs! Our two pups will also be taking advantage of the Stay and Refresh (Boarding) when they are unable to travel with us!

Nick and Lauren are simply the best! We brought Nova in because she needed help building confidence to become less reactive. They took extra time with us, worked patiently, and gave us the tools we needed to see real progress. Nova is already so much calmer and more comfortable in situations that used to instantly overwhelm her.

We also had Kona come in for a brush-up, and she came out much more dialed in on her commands. It was amazing to see how quickly both dogs responded to the clear, consistent training that Nick and Lauren use.

What really stands out is how much they care—not just about the dogs, but about making sure we as owners know how to continue the training at home. We left every session feeling supported and confident.

I can’t recommend Chicagoland Dog Training enough. If you want trainers who go above and beyond for both you and your dogs, Nick and Lauren are the go-to team!

We had an amazing experience with Nick and Lauren!
Our new puppy completed puppy preschool as well as a 14-day stay and train program and the results have been exceptional.
Nick and Lauren were so caring, professional, and loving towards our pup. Every member of their staff was nothing but friendly and knowledgeable. During the stay and train, we were kept up to date on our dog’s progress and received pictures and videos as well!
Upon completing the stay and train program, our dog came home happy, confident, and so well-behaved.
I will recommend Nick and Lauren to friends and family time and time again!
